Because the knowledge that you can only get a date because your dad orders one of his employees to go out with you is really good for raising self-esteem and helping with depression. [/sarcasm]
Looks like someone is going to have to put out on the first date. Remember to give a smile if you want that promotion.
Well if you're posting this on FML then I then you might need a pity date for depression as well
tell him that if he gives you the promotion then you will take his son on a date it's a corporate job barter
He'll just find another woman to date his son. lol
A ******** beats a good job!
31 and 32 I agree. Depression is a horrible illness, I thought it was just weakness until people close to me suffered through it. I am now a firm believer in people seeking the help they need, hence the daft tasche in the picture which raised funds for Movember charities in particular, Beyond Blue - raising awareness of male depression.
So? Chances are that if I'm not mistaken, you probably don't even know him. If he's in depression, it's for a good cause. No need to make such a big deal about a date.
this reminds me of that old like godfather or some other mafia saying you do for me I do for you. if you can actully make this kid feel good about himself you could get that raise(and get laid in the process)

maybe if his son is satisfied you could get a raise ;)
Look on the bright side OP, he trusts you. Next step will be promotion :)
