Contact the company and ask for a refund.
Did you ever talk to someone about not receiving it in the mail?
I'm also wondering why (or if) OP didn't walk into the office responsible for campus parking permits and talk to someone. Parking at my university was a nightmare, and campus police were notorious for writing a lot of parking tickets, so there's no way I would've waited for my permit to come in the mail after the term began.
I know the feeling OP
You can probably get a refund on it if you talk to the school if it's on them. Or if your school charges for parking, they may just reimburse what you spent. Good luck either way OP!
Can you return it? I believe I still have $25 dollars on my parking card for my local community college...and I can't withdraw it so I know how you feel
Only $30?? That's so cheap. Be grateful you're not in Minneapolis, where $300/month parking is common.
Yeah except that he had to pay on top of it since he didn't have the pass on time. No matter how cheap it is, if you order something for a certain period of time, the least they you should do is send it in a timely manner.
$30 sounds nice. At my school it's over $100 each quarter. Because, you know, we're not paying enough tuition as it is.
This happened to me at school as well
You ordered it a week in advance and expected it to arrive before your class started?

Seems more like you waited until the last minute to order it.
Well he ordered it over a week in advance. Seems like enough time to me...
