The long walk

Today, there was a huge storm. There were no buses, so I walked for an hour to see my boyfriend of two years, who (usually rather the unemotionally type) had called me, crying. When I got there soaking wet, he told me that he doesn't love me anymore, and it makes him sad. I had to walk back. FML

he couldn't have just told you that over the phone? and if he doesn't love someone who's willing to walk an hour in stormy weather to see them, then good riddance to them, find someone who'll apreciate you.

Wow that sucks. You sound like an amazing gf though walking in the rain no matter how long for him is amazing. Very admirable. Message me I'll show you how a good guy acts. :-)

i think that is SOOOOOO rude of him to make you walk all the way there just to tell you that he's dumping you. but unlike what number 11 thinks, it was more decent than dumping you over the phone. i always believe that you should never dump somebody in the phone, you should have the decency to do it in person. but he could've offered you to have his mom or dad drive you there and back so that you didn't have to walk 4 hours in the rain. or he could've offered to let you stay the night or at least until it stopped raining so that you wouldn't have to walk back in the rain

1st off your a better girlfriend than i would ever be cause idk if i would walk in the rain that long to see a guy...unless he or i where dieing or something....and 2. he is a dousche...you deserve better and you should have kicked him in the nuts and said......oh i just walked all this way to make sure you dont reproduce any little dousches haha

That's sad. He could have at least be the one to walk an hour to see YOU if he knew he was going to break up with you. But... did he ask you to come over? Or was it more like, you heard him crying through the phone, he couldn't explain why, and you went over to get an answer/cheer him up? Because it sucks even MORE if he asked you to come over instead of going there himself.
