The sweet smell of success

Today, as the only female manager, I had to talk to a worker about her hygiene. I asked if she had the means and a place to shower. She rolled her eyes and said of course she did, but found daily bathing unnecessary, and that a couple times a month does her just fine. The whole staff would disagree. FML

maybe she has a mental issue. talk to hr about the proper steps to get her to bathe without legally causing trouble.

I'd ask if you worked at one of my former workplaces, but out there the problem was they kept us at work for 11+ hr shifts and no one could manage the ENERGY to shower after that, or do anything but flop in bed and pass out until the next shift...
