Then it hit me

By clu - This FML is from back in 2010 but it's good stuff - United States

Today, while eating dinner, a car alarm went off outside for 15 minutes and was driving me crazy, until I realized it was my car. FML

Thats ok. Don't feel bad, most people don't even know what their own car alarm sounds like. So don't worry about it. It was probably a false alarm anyway, just enjoy your meal and worry about it when you leave. Yours sincerely, Mr Car Thief

Not only do YDI, but this should prove to you that your car alarm is 100% worthless. If someone had broken into your car to steal something, they'd have it and be long gone. If they were stealing your car, they'd have disabled your alarm 14.5 minutes before you noticed anything. Car alarms only do one thing. Piss off your neighbors to the point that they want to to put a brick through your windshield because your alarm goes off every time a cat brushes against your car.

big ******* woop OP. yeah my life sucks cuz my alarm went off on my car for 15 minutes. you must be super lazy to get up and check if this was at your house. if it was at an apartment then it might be different, but you're still lazy. YDI

Was it that much of an effort to take a look who's car is being raped? YDI.

35= a wannabe gudio, loser haha

How could you not deserve this? People are so stupid sometimes and then they go and complain about their own ignorance. You should've been smart enough to make sure it wasn't your own car.

u just got pawn by your car Wow!

I am still waiting for the FML portion... your car wasn't even stolen... you were merely slightly inconvenienced, you are rich enough to own a car with alarm (and food... rich enough for food... and a computer to type FMLs from), and finally, it WAS your own fault...
