Get some therapy/counselling OP. Do not ruin this marriage due to issues with the last one. It isn't fair on you or your new partner. You can trust again, you trust your new partner enough to marry them, get the help you need.
I think you've just got to decide to not let your ex win. Though I get it, it's hard to be 100% invested/trusting in a relationship when experience has taught you the bottom can fall out at any moment...but that's the game.

experienced a situation and it did affect my second serious relationship initially.. get help, go for counseling and seriously "listen" to your partner
