sounds like it's time to get a lawyer because you shouldn't have to put up with that kind of bullshit and maybe think about filing harassment charges on the teenagers and whoever keeps calling the cops on you
The shitty thing is he could sue with a lawyer, but not file criminal charges. State or local prosecuters would have to do that. And then a jury would likely have to convict. And as Ahmaud Arbery shows, in very racist places, the local government basically doesn't give a shit about civil rights or basic human decency. Even if they got arrested, they could gamble on whether a jury in such a racist place would convict. Systemic racism is a bitch. Wish we had more federal civil rights interventions and lawsuits against these places.
Yes that is so true I wasn't thinking about systematic racism which was a brain fart on my part I grew up in the southern United States so I totally understand that bullshit
I know you're probably in an at will state, but ****** let him. If he fires you, unemployment, and you can move to a safer less....red hat area.
I have nothing to say but at least it's not permanent. Good luck getting out ASAP
Is the job really worth it? You don't deserve to put up w.hate towards who you are for any job. But if your bosses don't even care what you're being put through for them, then why care about the job
