I think its because even if OP is a Dick, it doesn't justify creating a page supporting their death. Most people are aware of recent extreme cases of cyber bullying. I work in a state where this would be considered harassment.

Those kinds of hoaxes are too cruel. I've seen someone fake her own death, and we got a call from 'her boyfriend' (on a tty) saying she committed suicide. Halfway through she slipped in her story and I busted her. On Facebook, people were writing rip on her wall and I had to break the news she was faking it. Boy was everyone pissed!!
