Today, I announced my first pregnancy to my family. Not to be outdone, my sister immediately announced that she "might" be getting pregnant soon. My family ended up congratulating her instead, and asked me if I would plan the baby shower. FML

She might be vs you are... That is completely stupid. Does her partner know about those plans? Dont plan her baby shower... She may not even get pregnant in the near future. Congratulations on the pregnancy OP. I hope it all goes well for you.

This is my fear but with my sister in law. My wedding day couldn't be about my husband and I, so how dare my pregnancy. -_- maybe I won't tell her;)
