Today, while working as a barista, a customer asked me for "gluten free milk". When I told her that most milk is gluten free, she flew into a fit of rage and cussed me out for being a "cheeky bitch". My manager then lectured me about not being "patronising" to customers. FML

Today, I made a fresh juice for a customer. He called the cops because the juice was too acidic for him. He sat in a corner and waited for two hours for them to arrive. Obviously, they didn't turn up. So he yelled at me and left. FML

Once time when I was in a customer service job, I had someone chew me out, and then chew out my manager, because I was "unjustly trying to rip them off"... because, and I quote, "I'm 89 years old and don't have to pay your God damned taxes. I think I would know if I had to pay taxes!"
