Maybe the customer wanted someone to start laughing.
what?
Was this an attempt to connect this fml post to the one when the customer complained for OP not laughing at their joke or...?
I don't like when employees are happy at work, can you fix that?
"He's happy *squints* Too happy"
Some people just need to complain about something, like a happy cashier, to make themselves feel better. God, I hate those people...
Hahahaha well that's good news, if that is the only thing wrong with your shop, you guys are the best :)
People complain when cashiers don't smile enough, and now when they smile too much. You just can't win in retail.
you NEVER win in retail. The other day a German customer was complaining because i greeted him in English (its not my native language but its usually easier for Germans to understand) and told me i should speak German. I already speak 3 different laguages, isnt that enough?!
yeah and guess what, im a cashier. people love being assholes to us.
When people are buying hemorrhoid cream or enema kits, you'd better wipe that shit-eating grin off your face!
*buys a 'condolences' card* "Have a great day!"
