U. for even having it cross your mind to rape her. and because shes drunk doesnt mean shes able to make the decision to give consent, she judgement will be impaired.. and if you liked her, really truly liked her you wouldnt just want to screw her, you'd want to make it memorable. not have her drunken not knowing what the hell she did the next morning, did you really want to be a drunken mistake? so yes, fyl
