While it is suspicious behavior I would also say that it doesnt mean she is cheating or looking to cheat. She may just have it for kicks. Case in point; my wife and I had PlentyOfFish accounts just to check compatability with friends. Good luck,OP.

just ask her about it, i saw an okcupid notification on my girlfriends phone, questioned it, and it turned out it was as innocent as her having it prior to us dating and now no longer uses it. i know someone will question my trust for her now, so the 77 unread messages are my proof she's being honest
