narcolepsy win together with tourettes the most funniest decease i mean it sucks but its hilarious
Wow! What are the odds! You still shouldn't be rude with your patients like that. Had you even considered that there was a legitimate reason for missing those appointments? Be careful next time.
Well, shame on you! HAHA It was kinda your job to know that this patient was narcaleptic. After all, you should have looked through his file and got acquainted with his med history. Then you wouldn't have put your foot in your mouth. That's why any time I go to the doctor, if they ask me if I mind a student assisting the attending, I say that I'd rather not be treated by a student. It's ok for students to make mistakes, and 9/10 times it can be fixed. But I'm not taking my chances. I'll pay more for a doctor who has finished school, finished residency, and is either an attending, or a full on doctor.
Oh, the irony. FYL.

Yeeeeeeeeaaaaahh, you're the kind of person I fear achieving a medical degree. ...You DO know you're allowed to read (and pay attention to) the case files...right?
Wow, next time, read the patient's chart before going to meet with him. If we nursing students can do it, surely you medical students can do it too.
