I would suggest, rather than hurting her, telling her calmly that what she said was hurtful and innappropriate, and if she dares to try to insist that you're being too sensitive or exaggerating, show her this page of comments letting her know that thousands of people agree hate what she did.

Sounds like OP's sister has some issues with normal morality, if she's old enough to comprehend morality. As in, needs a pysch eval level issues. Even if she's under age 12 or so, it still sounds like she needs one, and for someone to explain to her it wasn't appropriate. As to OP themself... I hope things improve for you. Grieve at your own pace and anyone that tells you that you should be over it? Tell them to go f*** themselves. If you decide to try again- and it should be YOUR choice, not anyone else's, not even your SO's- I hope that you have a healthy one. If you don't want to try again, that is your decision and your loved ones should respect that. If you are really worried about another miscarriage, but want to have kids, it might be worth looking into adoption or a surrogate.
