Today, after asking my psychiatrist about natural alternatives to medication for my depression, she replied, "Why not Zoidberg?" FML

Yes, my psychiatrist is a boss. She did the impression spot on without looking up from her notes, which was hilarious. Woopwoopwoopwooooop

Did she then proceed to walk sideways out of the room wailing WOOP WOOP WOOP WOOP?

Isn't Zoidberg incompetent as a doctor? Hmmmmm

well he is still a better doctor than some homeopath

St. John's Wart is supposed to help lighten your mood naturally. And like others have said, diet and exercise always helps also. And this is just something I do to help... Usually if I find myself thinking negatively I'll try to switch it around and find the positive things instead. For every negative thought try to think of a positive.

Wort* St. John's Wart is what he got from playing with toads.

That should have cured you right there? I'd give her a high five and $20 tip on my way out

You know what they call "natural alternatives" that actually work? Medicine.

you have to admit, that was quick witted. You could also try meditation. I sometimes struggle with seasonal affective disorder (basically depression during winter) and I find that meditation helps a lot with it. I never even had it this year and it was the worst winter in my country since before I was born. Something like metta bhavana meditation is good for making you happy.

No one here seems to like Zoidbirg. He's an incompetent doctor from futurama. It's usually helps people to see a funny moment when someone is worse off then them. Unless they have a lot of sympathy.
