You kind of deserved it for fishing for a compliment. And he was doing the best he could, so you shouldn't be offended I he says something about your weight when you're the one who brought it up.

I think this might be taken from the wrong perspective. he may not be infering that you look pregnant but that you at least have the body for it. because girls that are too thin ... don't look the best preggy.
