Today, it was a coworker's last day. Over the last 6 months, he has been talking smack about me because he assumed I'd ratted him out for a Facebook post, ranting about our place of employment. I decided to confront him after work to let him know that I didn't do it. He then reported me for harassment to all of my supervisors. FML

I all assume you're a woman as gays are a minority; you have nothing to worry about. No one will take him seriously. If this were the other way round you'd be looking for a new job, but your good.

That doesn't even meet the definition of harassment, let alone sexual harassment. Having said that, I don't get involved with coworkers for exactly this reason.
