OP here, thankfully my toes are not broken after all. And for those asking how a hair dryer could possibly do that, it's easy. The more times you break a bone, the easier it is to re-break. So no, my hair dryer is not made of concrete, I'm just fragile...

Actually they grow stronger after they've healed for a long time. Unless they've been broken repetitively within a short time frame
I just recovered from a broken toe (actually it was shattered) I know how it feels to be clumsy....I feel ur pain (literally) im so clumsy, I think I passed the "clumsy gene" to my kids because they r always falling, dropping, breaking, bleeding, slipping, tripping and any other type of accidents possible
59, I feel you there! My oldest and I both went down and shredded our knees at almost the same time - he was on the other side of the yard. Before I could even get off my ass, he was laying in the yard screaming for me. If it wasn't for Neosporin, I'm pretty sure we would have lost limbs by now. lol
Breaking a bone and letting it heal makes it stronger dislocating a joint makes it easier to re dislocate
I feel your pain as a clumsy girl ... Strangely enough I'm the girl who falls and injures herself while walking in flats but can walk up and down and all around in heels :S
My son used to run into the walls and laugh lol! But he's done so much and it's always his face. Just recently some kid ran into him with their bike and my son was running and hit his face on the concrete on his eyebrow hard enough he cracked a molar that now needs a crown but surprisingly he did not break his eye socket or anything else but his molar.
my son still walks into walls (he's 11) and now so does my daughter (she's 4)...my son has had stitches about 5 times on different parts of his face
I feel ya OP!! I keep breaking my pinky toe by doing stupid little things myself.
I wonder if bubble wrap is covered under the Americans Disabilities Act. It's almost a shame this didn't happen at work so you could make him provide it and sue him for not protecting you. Yeah,, I'm kidding, but wouldn't THAT be fun? :) Hope you feel better!
Perhaps he is right.
Bubble wrap is kind of a cute nickname actually. Sorry about your toes though, that must've hurt.

Bubble wrap would be so fun to wear though? Like, you'd be happy wherever you went
