Today, as I was getting my nails done at a salon, the owner pulled my head back against the chair in front of all the customers and began to tweeze my eyebrows. When I exclaimed that I didn't pay for that service, she replied, "I don't care. This needs done." FML

Those *******, they'll do one for free and make you pay for both to do the other one. Insist and say NO!

companies like these look bad if you leave looking less that fabulous. That's how I got a free hair dye once.

Apparently you don't understand what basic words mean. She was attacked if she didn't ask for it.

you really need help is someone has to step in because they are tired of looking at you!

Sure sounds like a good idea to surprise someone from behind, yank their head back and stick something metal and pointy in their face...

As a future beautician, I wouldn't go there of that's how they treated you. They aren't allowed to go willy nilly and do that, they must get permission first.

Oh **** off you people saying she needed it. A lot of people are really sensitive to brow tweezing/waxing (I'm not, when on the rare occasions I get my caterpillars slimmed down I don't even flinch) and some have very sensitive skin which could react badly to either the wax or the trauma. That woman had no right to do what she did, and aside from being extremely rude and body shaming to a customer, yes, whoever said it, there probably is grounds for an assault charge. If someone had done that to me against my will I'd have probably had a panic attack and proceed to respond to the woman as if she had been trying to kill me. Lady don't do that, you don't know when you might grab someone with a debilitating panic disorder and then you end up charged with assault of a mentally disabled person!
