Can't they make a living during office hours? That would've given me 2 hours of sleep at least...

If you know you'll have to go to bed late, just turn the volume of your telephone ringtone down. Simple, isn't it?
I am a light sleeper and will wake up to it on vibrate/or the lowest possible ringtone sound. So for some we don't have a choice and turning it off wouldn't be an option.
Ian such a light sleeper that even if there is no vibrate I can hear the light click n light up the screen... I work swing/grave 1800-0800
Omg OP commented on one of the comments!!!!!!!!!
Start crying on the phone telling them your whole life story and I bet they will never call again. Or simpler way cuss them out n hang up. O_o
I've had some of the most interesting conversations of my life with telemarketers, their cool people.
I'm all for interesting conversations. But not at 7am in the morning, and certainly not after a graveyard shift ;)
29, I'm with you. As someone suffering from insomnia, it's a bitch finally being able to fall asleep and get some sweet, sweet, much needed shut eye at 7am, and being woken up by a brain grinding "HhhhrRRRrroooowWwwwwww" minutes later. Of course the worst part is that it's not over for many many hours.
You probably woke up because you were getting such a shitty sleep with your polyester pillow and ratty-ass blanket. Buy the high-quality bedding your new friend was selling, and you'll sleep through all further telemarketing calls.
Ha. I love it.
27 speaks the truth... ;)
Being in the military made me realize how much I took sleep for granted. Never making that mistake ever again when I get out.
Shoot, quoting Illmatic brings a great point.

What? Commenting on a comment is against the rules?
