OP here. First off, yes this was my performance. We'd been preparing some of the hardest pieces on the selection list for three months and had to perform them in front of the toughest judges in the state. We received a standing ovation and the top score possible, but it really hit hard when I saw my mom sitting there idly. We were all enjoying our results within the band so I tried not to let her negativity bring me down that much, but she could have at least said good job without being asked how we did.

You was so moved, she was rendered immobile!
sorry OP...Some people don't know how to express themselves, apparently your Mom included. Maybe next time invite other friends/ family that want to share in your successes instead.

FOLLOW-UP!!
She loved it so much, she had no words. She was amazed
everyone has a different way of expressing their love..
I know how it feels when everyone in the world can encourage and give you loads of support, but it can never compare to when the people you care about most, who has had the most impact to your life... when they don't care it's like you aren't good enough and it just sucks because you want to impress them the most!
At least she came to watch
Maybe she was so shocked and in awe of how good it was and couldn't react
That does really suck I guess...

There would be some irony there if that was the case #33 since being the only one not clapping draws attention to her.
If it's your performance than this is an even bigger FML
