I read a FML very similar to this once. You should look for it. Or maybe it was in moderation.
You must not have asthma attacks often if anticipating one causes you to panic. Feel the signs of an asthma attack, and use your emergency rescue inhaler. Easy.
not easy. none of that changes the fact that they had a panic attack FIRST, the emergency inhaler doesnt change it. (the panic attack CAUSED the asthma attack, even if they took the inhaler they were still going to have the panic attack, which made it even more hard to breath.) obviously op has some axiety issues on the side, regardless how often they have asthma attacks.
Is he a real Mandarin teacher or just Trevor?
Been there too, it's beyond scary. Stay safe and calm, OP.
I could've sworn I posted this, but that's definitely not my username. This is a little awkward because this happens to me all the time.
This happens to a lot of people including myself. It's pretty common, because people are nervous about asthma attacks. Guess you both wrote a post about it.
That's a wheezy, vicious cycle
well.... you were right.
perhaps try control your emotions. what will be will be. don't live in fear of what may happen.
