Talk about a self fulfilling prophecy... Hope you're okay.
Happens to me as well. I know how you feel. Bloody asthma.
I have this problem, too. My pulmonologist suggested that I download a meditation app to help calm me down. It helps sometimes, but not every time. Maybe you could try that. Might help you get it under control. Good luck!
Natural selection needs to happen to you.
You're a riddle, wrapped inside a mystery, inside an enigma.
Loving that you used the original quote, not the altered ones.
God has abandoned you.
Oh no, have Santa and the tooth fairy as well?
Is the internet filled with snobby atheists now? Wait, don't answer that.
I have asthma and anxiety disorders with panic attacks. So I can entirely sympathise. It's apparently not uncommon, the lack of breathing from an asthma attack can cause a panic attack, or the hyperventilation from a panic attack can trigger asthma. One of life's cruellest catch 22s! Learning breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can help the breathing of both, worth finding some which work for you. And practice LOTS when not having issues.
That sucks OP. Just get some rest and feel better soon!
I know what that is like not fun.
