Panic attacks are actually REALLY scary.
could have been worse, could have been raped by a donkey. could have been worse, could have had your leg sawed off. could have been worse, could be dead. i hate the "could have been worse" people on here, cause theres always something worse, doesnt make the ops experience any better.

This isn't really irony... It's rather expected that worrying would cause a panic attack, which would trigger an asthma attack... It's a cruel cycle.
