You know, not to get the guy in trouble or anything but maybe you should call the company and say something? If he's going to work with the public he should be taking better care of his hygiene.

Air freshener never gets rid of the smell but masks it temporarily. Try pouring a bit vinegar in a bowl and leaving it near the source of the smell for about 20 mins. The smell will be gone. Hope vinegar doesn't aggravate your morning sickness though.

Maybe try and cook something to mask the other smell, something stronger and more pleasant?

Try coffee grounds on tiny paper plates around your place. It will absorb the smell.
