Step 1: Find a new job. Take however long you need to, and pleasantly put up with whatever nonsense you have to at the old one in the meantime. Step 2: Wait until your boss asks you to do something important. Step 3: Tell them "Pfft! That ain't gonna happen." Step 4: Leave, with a spring in your step.
