"Love, actually", anybody?!!!?!?!?!
Oh. Right. Felt sorry for that guy. But he did say "enough now" when he got that one kiss.
This exact thing was written before on FML. Faker.
If you knew him for four years and didn't confess to him or your friend, accept it and try your best to move on. Wish them the best and start looking for someone else...
I hate these FML's so much...If you're in love with him, or have been for years either SAY SOMETHING OR GET THE HELL OVER IT!! She obviously got it first, or he's not into you...AT ALL. Either suck it up or piss off because if you say anything now you'll lose a friend and become a home wrecker. GAH!
Looks like it's time to find a new one? Actually that would have been when he started seriously dating your best friend.
What is it with the Asshole Brigade, dumping abuse on the OP? I'm going to address some of my grievances with the comments for this particular FML: 1) There could be any number of reasons she hadn't hugged the guy before. Maybe one (or both) of them doesn't like physical displays of affection for some reason, but made an exception for the wedding, which is a special event. Just because YOU hug your friends doesn't mean all friends are physical with each other. 2) Of course you can be in love with someone without dating them. It's perfectly reasonable to fall in love with a good friend or someone you're well acquainted with. 3) There could be a very good reason she never spoke up about it. Maybe she knew for some reason that he could or would never reciprocate. Maybe she didn't want to trample on her best friend's happiness by admitting that she loved the guy, too. 4) You can't hit a magic "get the **** over it" button. Unrequited love sucks, as anyone who has felt it should be able to understand. Stop being dicks.
YDI for not confessing early enough
YDI for not kissing him when you wanted to.

"those who hesitate, **********"
This may sound mean, but you should've gotten over it after they started dating.
