Dose 50 ml of mac and cheese to every 5 kg of clothes. After the wash cycle is finished, season with salt and pepper and enjoy!

Your post makes no sense. Washing mac and cheese has nothing to do with having kids! Make sure you never have kids so as to NOT pass the stupid gene along!
