It's clearly a joke, unless your child is functionally retarded. Ever heard of sarcasm before?
ha
I played my first GTA, GTA 3, when I was 7 or eight. It was my older brothers and I secretly went in his room to play, and I didn't even know what it was at first. I've played about all of them ever since. But I played and I never killed anyone, stole a car, stole money, lit a car on fire, beat someone up or get in a fight (sort of a pacifist), or stolen alcohol, and I'm now sixteen. The "worse act of violence" was playing paintball, which isn't violent or dangerous at all. My parents trust me too. I let my younger cousins play, and told didn't even tell them its not real and there fine six years later at ages like 12 and 13 and 14. They all keep good grades, a lot of friends, play sports, are in music groups, GTA doesn't influence bad decision. If kids are raised to show whats good and bad, they don't do stupid things, generally. Rockstar was sued on several occasions and won them all. Now they do have good lawyers, but kids wouldn't act like that if the parents took 2 minutes and say thats not a good thing to do, that could land you in trouble, thats dangerous, or its not cool to do that stuff, there wouldn't be kids committing crimes. My parents never gave me that talk, so I don't know how I am like I am. I'm not always blaming parents, it could be the neighborhood. I play GTA online, and there are a lot of kids from NYC, and that has a high crime rate, decreasing, but still high. I live in a town with a below moderate crime rate, and not a lot of people have GTA
That's what in saying!
Remind him to put on the seatbelt though, coz if you forget, you'll fly out when you crash
You bought him an 18+ game. YDI.
