Today, I asked my boyfriend to spend the night at my house because my dad would be working out of town, and once the rest of the house left I thought it'd be sweet if he snuck in my room and slept with me. His reply was "Why bother? You're on your period, it's not like we can do anything." FML

Wow, this is one of the things I really don't understand about straight people. I'm a lesbian, and if period sex were off the table, that could potentially mean no sex ~50% of the time (until both girls synch up). The solution is easy: the girl who's on her period wears a tampon and doesn't receive penetrative sex. Or, as others have suggested, shower sex! Also, orgasms do wonders to relieve cramps. Men like the boyfriend in this post are such squeamish little whimps, they really don't deserve the awesome privilege of ******* women.
