Today, I asked my manager where the clearly-foreign customers were from. She said she didn't know, but she thought they were from ISIS. She wasn't trying to be funny, she thought ISIS was a country. FML

You may want to politely correct her on that, before she makes the mistake of saying it to someone else. It could cause some issues if she happened to mention that to one such customer.

Actually, they claim that they form a country called ISIS, and they're trying to rule as much territory as they can.

No, not a country they call it a caliphate in the medieval style from mediterranean to the gulf ( but basically the whole world) with no borders. One islamic heaven for true muslims where sharia rules....basically your everyday islam hellhole.

If you ask a member of ISIS then they will say yes, ISIS is a country. However for a country to truely exist it needs international recognition in the UN, which ISIS obviously doesn't have.
