Today, I asked my mother to pay back the $50 she owes me. Rather than paying me back, she raced off to "work". She's been unemployed for 3 years. FML

couldn't agree more! I'm helping my mom buy a house because of all she did for me. I would NEVER consider making her pay back $50....that's just wrong.

Giving your mon money is all well and good, I'm sure she's done a ton for you considering your alive. But if you 'lend' money to someone who can't hope to pay it back, you deserve it.
