Today, I bought a brand new flat screen TV. When I brought it home it didn't work. Furious, I walked into Best Buy and yelled at a guy in a tucked in blue polo and khakis. I asked him why it didn't work and he said he didn't know. I kept screaming. He didn't have a nametag. He didn't work there. FML

Even if he had a name tag, why would you yell at him? "Hey, you work here! You must know exactly what's wrong with the TV I bought from some other employee a while ago! "

YDI for just walking in and yelling. This should go to notalwaysright.com

It's likely not a problem with the T.V. You seem to be really, really stupid, so I'm betting you forgot to plug it in.

you are a jerk, you probably did something wrong and that's why it won't work, if the TV is broken, well best buy isn't gonna screw you over, just EXCHANGE IT, NO YELLING REQUIRED MORON.

Hah! What a putz, it's people like you that make the genuinely good/smart people (think everything you're not) want to take all you people out and re-create the world...lol, sorry I got a little carried away. Anyways, it's also the people like you that come in that myself or boyfriend (we both work at Best Buy), put in their place when they act like a flaming jack-hole that think they deserve everyones respect, no matter how they are acting. You just happened to get a little taste of your own jack-holeishness (or at least I hope that made you realize you're a complete tool, although I'm sure it didn't), I'm only sorry the guy you yelled at didn't do anything back.

Chill. There was no reason to be furious and start yelling. Shit happens. Sometimes stuff doesn't work. That's why they have return policies.

#8 said it all: anger management, or what? =P

Lmao! I agree with #11and #13 on this one. "Today, as I cruised through my local Best Buy, a random man who I've never seen before starts yelling at me about how his new tv doesn't work. He screams at me, "Why don't you know how to fix it?!?!!" I reply with, "Uhm..I don't know." He then storms off and walks away. I later then realized he thought I worked there. I've never worked at Best Buy in my life. FML." Or something like that. This is so something I can see a member of my family doing. Try and look for the nametag next time. Also, yelling honestly doesn't solve one thing. It usually just makes things worse. Good thing he wasn't really an employee there. Because if that was me you were yelling at... you wouldn't even be writing this FML. Which is more of a FHL.

f you for trying to scream at the worker in the first place! the tv probably wasn't working because you couldn't figure out how to use it. YDI

Dumbass. You probably didn't even plug it in.

Wow, you're an asshole. its not the workers fault your overexhaulted tv doesnt work. did he build it? no, he gets paid $6 an hour to deal with jerkoffs like you.
