Hopefully you got the warranty. Next time I would find somewhere to put the controllers when you're not using it so it doesn't happen again. Another reason I don't like cats.
Check ebay for them. I got the cords for my Xbox 360 a few years ago from there (from American sellers if it makes a difference) almost 4 years ago and they're still working fine. Also, putting hot sauce on the cords may help. It did me for my dog until the ****** decided she liked hot sauce. And use the hottest you can get, I could only afford the cheap stuff.
Peppermint oil, or light citrus for the wires & spray bottle just in case. It will eventually learn not to chew.
What will cost you $100? New wires, or registering a new cat, because you killed your last one.
check eBay, you can get replacements there cheap.
Component cables and or an hdmi and power cables should only cost 20 dollars max
You should be lucky your cat is still alive, that could have electrocuted him

Your cat probably works for Microsoft or Sony.
Agree with #3. Strip about an inch off the mangled ends of each wire and splice them back together with butt splices. Wrap some electrical tape around it for good measure. Cost you about 5-10 bucks
