Messing with someone else's stuff for the hell of it is pretty juvenile. Unfortunately dumping him will probably only make his courting your sister an open act instead of hidden. Unless you have one of those dads that threatens to beat the shit out of him if he comes near and stops your sister somehow from seeing him, he's still going to be around one way or the other.
