Today, I discovered that I had left my sunroof open all night during a storm and my front seats was soaked. I grabbed a towel for my seat but didn't close my sunroof because it was nice out. As I pull out of my driveway, I felt something wet hit my forehead. A bird shit on me through my sunroof. FML

Today, while walking to my car through the snow, I noticed the sunroof was open and 2 feet of snow had poured in. Angry, I opened the door to start cleaning. That's when I noticed all the wildlife that had taken refuge inside from the cold. Not only were my seat cushions wet, they were torn open. FML

Today, I found a dead bird on my windshield. Thinking I was clever, I turned on my windshield wipers to get the bird off. Unfortunately, the dead bird fell through my open window and onto my lap. FML

Today, I was sitting on the back porch with my husband. I felt two raindrops land on my head, so I said we should go inside because it was starting to rain. It turned out to just be a bird shitting on me. FML

Today, I left my sunroof on my truck open for 5 minutes while I ran into the bank. When I came out, a seagull had gotten into my truck. I managed to open the doors and get it out, but not before it tore up a seat and pooped everywhere inside my truck. FML

Today, I spent an hour and a half washing my car. As I was driving down the highway, a large bird flew over my car and accidentally dropped the dead animal he was about to have for dinner. It landed on my windshield. FML

Today, I got into my car to go to work and discovered that my seat, seat-belt, door, and all the electronics in the door were wet. Apparently I hadn't wound the window all the way up, and it rained last night. I'm now sitting at my desk typing this with a wet bum. FML

Today, it was the hottest day of the year so I opened my sun roof. The hottest day of the year was followed by the biggest storm of the year. I forgot to close my sun roof and my car is now flooded. FML

Man these FMLs just keep getting better and better! YDI for the rain incident however the bird droppings were totally uncalled for. This would be a 'put both arms in the air, look to the heavens and scream "whyyy???"' moment in my book.

#16: Not all sunroofs are positioned the same. In my car the front of the sunroof is over my head at least partially (haven't really done an exact comparison of head position to sunroof xD). Plus the bird could have flown from behind and angled it in just right. You never know! #44: What? You must be like 16 and wish you didn't drive a POS beater or something (nothing wrong with that by the way, in fact I encourage young drivers to drive something crappy at first). 1/3 of the cars I see have a sunroof these days... I do, however, agree that he deserved the rain for leaving his sunroof open. I always close mine when I shut the car off, unless I *know* I will be driving it again shortly. The bird crap is just funny. :P
