Today, I dressed up sexy to cheer up my boyfriend after a bad day at work. Instead of being cheered up, he accused me of dressing up that way for the male DJs at the radio station where I work. FML

Tell him that he's the veil of insecurity he's wearing is not flattering to his overall appearance

You're gonna have to talk to him about that, nobody should have to deal with an insecure and accusatory partner, whether he had a bad day or not- it's still not okay

Did you change after work or wear it to work? Communication is key, if you changed just talk it out. You said he was in a bad mood, he is probably venting

sounds JUST like my bf :/ I'm sorry OP. next time have him see you leave dressed appropriately so that when he sees you next time all sexy he won't think you're cheating or anything

Oh man, I dealt with this from an ex. ANY time I tried to make myself look good or do my makeup for either him or just myself it was always a barrage of questions on who I was trying to impress, and why I was doing this and who was the other guy. Geez.

Bet those male DJs sure sounded tempting after that, OP.

There is something at your job that's making him insecure talk to him about it before it's to late.. Simple solution instead of sexy be naked he won't think you went to work that way..

So indirectly he is saying that you dress sexy everyday. I would take that as a compliment

Sounds like his day got that much worse when he got home. Overreacted and lost out on a night of fun by the sounds of it.

That's quite a conclusion to jump to. It could be that he's just very insecure or something. Not that that's a good thing, but you can't know for sure that he's cheating just from this.
