Faced something similar, except I was placed in that class against my wishes because my science score was high from the act test. The similarity? Wasted a year or so in that class because in the end the school felt we weren't "ready" for the AP test. This was on my last year of high school, mind you. So, I feel your pain. :(

FYL, OP. I can't even imagine if, if last year, I wouldn't have been able to do any of my three AP classes after doing the work. No, my downfall was sending my final assignments to my teachers via e-mail. Two of my AP teachers didn't receive them and one actually told me about it. The other? They failed me on the final assignment with a "0", causing me to fail the course. I didn't get class credit. But, OP, I'm sorry that you did the work and don't have a place to apply it to.

This is exactly the reason I'm waiting until I get my schedule to start my APUSH homework.
