I hope you both have insurance...I was recently in a (luckily very minor) accident where the other guy ran a red light, but he was driving a rental car with no insurance so he lied his ass off to the rental company. No witnesses stopped so it's my word against his as to who ran the light.

My dad owns a 1967 mustang fastback and I know how beautiful that car is! I want one myself once I can afford it because I fell in love with it at a young age. Hopefully it gets nursed back to health. It might take some time, but at least you're safe OP!
