I would not discourage you from getting professional help, but a picnic is a good idea. When I am feeling anxious or OCDish, going outside for some light physical activities and sunlight helps me. I am actually going up to the mountains, as soon as I finish some consulting work I am doing today, and yard work.
....maybe u shud go on a picnic....;)
Picnics r awesome, most depression is from people living at a computer comparing other peoples feats with their life sitting at a computer
I'm positive that a skilled Doctor would have been a better choice.
