those are symptoms of depression. maybe the new regimen has your energy up but hasn't done anything for your mental health (yet). keep working with your doctor
I also took antidepressants and had side effects. My suggestion is to (1) speak with your prescribing doctor, (2) Pursue counseling... Many antidepressants have side effects, inability to ****** can be one. The higher the dosage, the more pronounced the side effects. Medication works relatively quickly for depression, but counseling is usually the more effective long term solution. But you have to implement the changes your psychologist recommends. Unlike medication, counseling requires the patient to take an active part in the cure. And unlike medication, counseling doesn't have side effects... OP, it's not an easy path you are on, nothing works overnight. But you can make it.
