Wow, some people are very sick. Please, before judging something/someone, make sure you know what you're saying. Most of you haven't even UAE before, but are just assuming. I come from the UAE and have lived here my whole life, but have never in my life faced such a thing. I agree, it was originally a desert so we do have many ants and other insects, and they might sneak into your house sometimes, but come on, we're in 2011, and pesticides (along with other solutions) do, thankfully, exist. If OP cared enough and was clean enough, she would have done something before they made it to her socks! So again, please don't start judging if you know nothing. (:
