Humans are polygamous animals not monogamous. Due to our moral system in society we have gone against this(not saying it's bad or good).

Actually research shows we are gradually becoming monogamous creatures through evolution, slow, but it's there. Also even if that wasn't so, saying that he can't help it because it's biological is stupid. That's like saying you can't help your instinct to kill someone after they've enraged you, or rape someone because you're horny. The thing that separates humans and other animals is our free will.
