Dont worry about people like that. I dont even notice acne, no matter how bad it is. Acne doesnt make a person any less beautiful.

That sucks...acne is nothing to make fun of other people about, most people can't really help it and having good hygiene won't necessarily keep it away. I had steady breakouts for a few years and even now it'll show up here and there and I'm 21 years old. Just wait, depending on whether your sister is younger or older than you she might have some breakouts to look forward to herself
