I would definitely confront her and if she did it on purpose she's seeing someone else. if she has siblings they could have done it. either way that really sucks, fingers crossed that it was a sibling.

That's harsh. Have you asked her about it? My boyfriend is called Sir Derpsalot in my phone, but he knows and it's a sort of inside joke.
