If you show the school your subpoena or whatever... something from the court saying you have to be there, the school HAS to let you reschedule the exams.
talk to the court they should be able to do another day
I feel like there's a way around this?
Tell your teacher
Actually u can call the court and if u have a good enough of an excuse they won't mind it
this is bs, you cannot be forced to testify
Your school has to let you retake the exams if you have a court date. Just tell your teacher what is going on (and make sure you have the document that is summoning you to testify). If the teacher doesn't let you take the exams, you need to go to the dean.

call your instructors. they should let you take the exams another day due to your court appearence. if they won't talk to the dean. sucks that you have to go to court though.
This is simple. Show the subpoena to your professor. If you haven't been subpoenaed then you're not under a legal obligation to attend - unless you've been previously ordered by the judge to be there. Have one of the lawyers write a quick letter. There are things you can do here. Don't just wallow on FML.
