Today I found out that paying $40 for next-day shipping doesn't ensure that you'll receive the item the next day or even the next week. I assumed it was my fault for ordering too late into the holiday season. Turns out they never shipped it. When I finally received it 10 days late, it was the wrong item. FML

You can def fix that. They will def give you a full refund. That is their fault. They the ones that ****** up

FYL. Ask for a full refund and if they don't, leave a bad review; however, mistakes do happen so don't be afraid to try them out again

I hope you can get a refund. I have had some experience with receiving the wrong item and even receiving an item a month after it was supposed to have arrived. Most sites have a way you can open a case against them too for them to step in for a refund if the seller refuses.

Companies tend me be nice about refunding, especially when it's something on there end. Hopefully you were able to get your money back OP

If you're paying $40 for next day shipping, they generally expedite everything and it should not have taken over a week.

This sounds like my company lmao. Tell me where did you order from? if it's from my company I'll reach out to get things fixed for you!!

By law, they are required to send you the item you ordered at no charge. I ordered something once and they shipped the wrong thing, so I emailed the company with the picture of what I ordered, the confirmation number and then what they sent me. The company owner called me directly, apologized and sent me what I order "overnight" and I got it the next day
