Try the Dean's office.
I would be talking to the dean!
This is one of the reasons I always wrote my name down in pen. Some instructors had several different tests that they would give students and mark down who got which test
Do you use a pencil? At what level do you study? How can she erase your name? Tell your teachers or Principal or Dean about this ... Show them the handwriting is yours, not hers.
And that's why I use pen. But that is seriously BS talk to your teacher and if he doesn't listen take it higher up
You should write in marker if you have to, so it will bleed through, even if she whites it out. Or write very heavily in pen.
Of course this is considered a form of theft, but couldn't it also be plagiarism in some way? Idk Be nice if you had your work saved somewhere and could prove it. Hope you can change this.
who the **** uses pencil
Talk to the professor! You can appeal your grade and present it to a committee! At my school they give you THREE months to do this! Believe me, this grade is not finalized unless you decide to do nothing about it!

There's got to be a way that can be changed...
Tell your teacher, and confront the TA!
