Do you use a pencil? At what level do you study? How can she erase your name? Tell your teachers or Principal or Dean about this ... Show them the handwriting is yours, not hers.

You should write in marker if you have to, so it will bleed through, even if she whites it out. Or write very heavily in pen.

Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to go the entire term without noticing your failing grade? Every class I've ever taken (K-12 and college), I've always been able to monitor my grades throughout the term/semester, whether it's online or in class.

Of course this is considered a form of theft, but couldn't it also be plagiarism in some way? Idk Be nice if you had your work saved somewhere and could prove it. Hope you can change this.

Talk to the professor! You can appeal your grade and present it to a committee! At my school they give you THREE months to do this! Believe me, this grade is not finalized unless you decide to do nothing about it!
