Today, I gave a presentation about how teachers don't intervene enough when students are being bullied. Afterwards, I was practically bullied by my teacher for "not choosing a serious topic." FML

Most teachers choose that job to HELP kids. Not shoot their confidence down. And they wonder why kids drop out of school so often.

It's true though, a teacher will claim they care about it, but **** all happens. Some of my primary school bullies made it through secondary school completely, yet they even caused huge amounts of trouble... The problem? People are too soft and fluffy, I say bring back the cane, it might whip out some of the swag.

When I was in high school, there were several anti-bullying rallies. When there were people being bullied, where were the teachers/campus officer/principal? No where to be found. The only time I ever got a bully to go away in ALL the years I was in school was when said bully was groping my friends and me. That's the only time. Why? It was sexual harassment. They wouldn't do anything about any other kind of harassment.

Trouble always seems to follow my little brother. That trouble is mostly found in bullies. Whether they be peers or teachers. Our dad got sick of it recently and called the school with a threat of a lawsuit if they do nothing to fix things. What does the school do? They peek into my little brother's records, and notice he was in trouble for bringing a lighter to school. (He smokes because of all the stress the schools have been causing him.) Without any evidence that he has a lighter on him at that moment, the principal calls my brother up to the office. He said a student complained, searched my brother, and found the lighter. They did all this to expel him because it was easier than dealing with the bullies.

What's also f###ed up with anti-bullying action in school is the punishment when you realise YOU have to do all the work yourself. My friend saw a few 'weaker' types getting shoved in the lunch cue by a renowned c###. When said c### ran back up to cut to the front of the cue, my friend gave him a punch in the face for finally being fed up with the teacher not doing anything. The bully who was supposed to be all 'hard' and tough started crying on the floor, and it was my friend who ended up being punished consequently.
